Zellr is the program we and many other rent-a-rack stores use. You will use Zellr to book your rack, price your items and track your sales in real-time!

How much should I price my items for?
The 2 questions to ask yourself: How much would I pay for a pre-loved item in this condition, AND how badly do I want my items to sell? If the items are recently purchased our advice is to price any brand new with tags 'BNWT' items at around 50% of what you paid for it, and any good condition, pre-loved items at 30% of what you paid. If you really want your items to sell AND FAST, price lower! Items that are $25 or under, are hard for customers to leave behind! If your items are not recently purchased, they may be out of fashion, so we dont recommend selling.

Log in to your Zellr account, select 'Product Pricing', and then select 'Create a New Product Sheet'. Select the blue 'Edit Pen', then select your booked rack from the drop-down. Enter the name/description of your first 21 items, we suggest Brand, Colour, Product Type and Size (eg Anine Bing Black Tee Size 10) and price each, then select 'Save' before creating your next product sheet. Make any edits before marking your sheets as 'Final'. To print your barcodes, select 'Print' from the finalised product sheet.

In some cases, we can support with printing and tagging. A request can be sent to our email, and we will let you know if we have capacity to tag for you. Unfortunately, if your rental starts on a Friday or Saturday, we won’t be able to help!

When do I come in to set up my rack?
A few days before your rental begins, we will get in touch via email to lock in drop off. If you haven’t heard from us by the day prior to your rental beginning, please check in with us via email. Make sure you check your spam as our email may have ended up there!!

When do I come in to pack up any leftover items on my rack?
Let's hope you've sold out! But if you haven't, you'll need to come and pick up your items before we close on the last day of your rental. If you can't make it, we can pack it down for you. We will then deduct a $15 pack-down fee from your final sales payout.

If my items are selling like HOT cakes, can I bring in more to sell?
It's a yes from us! Track your sales in your Zellr account and if those dollars keep on a climbing, why not add more? Just make a new product sheet to price and tag your additional items, bring those babies in and watch them sell!

Can I sell kids' clothing?
Yes! We know how quickly those tiny tots grow out of their clothes, so why not re-sell them? We don’t have lots of space in our kids’ sections, but we can fit 3-5 items for you. Add these items on one of your product sheets and attach tags as normal.
