4. Rack rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking, and fees are non-refundable.

6. Final sales payouts (proceeds of sales, less commission and any fees) will be paid to the seller's bank account within 7 days of the rental period ending.

7. The seller is responsible for picking up any leftover items before YCC closes on the last day of rack rental. If the seller does not arrive before YCC closes, a $15 pack-down fee will be deducted from the final sales payout.

9. Any Items not collected within 7 days of rental finishing will become property of YCC.

10. All items must be priced and barcoded through Zellr. Any items without a Zellr barcode attached cannot be sold.

11. The seller understands that their rental can hold up to 40 clothing items, 5 pairs of shoes, 3 bags & 2 pairs of sunglasses. If items are sold, the seller can top-up their rack with more items. Top-up items must be priced and barcoded through Zellr and brought into the store by the seller.

12. All items must be clean and in resellable condition. YCC reserves the right to remove any items not in resellable condition.

13. The seller agrees to have their items posted to Instagram to support their sales.

14. The seller can request a % discount be applied to their rack by emailing YCC at admin@yourclosetcollective.com.au. % discounts are applied to the entire rack, not individual items.

15. All items purchased are at the buyer's discretion. YCC does not verify any designer items that are available for purchase. Any designer certification the seller provides to YCC will be passed on to the buyer.

16. Although we will take every action to avoid, YCC accepts no responsibility for any items that are misplaced, damaged or stolen during rack rental.
